Le Grand Saut
A FEW WORDS TO FIND YOUR WAY
Le Grand Saut is the idea of a collective journey that everyone can experience according to their taste, their own pace, their intensity It's about putting oneself in the sensitive, the quality of what one lives, care, It means offering yourself a space for sharing, exchange, meeting and connecting It's about cultivating curiosity, experimentation and authenticity It's living in the present with intensity It also means building a common culture, a culture of integration rather than consumption.
This 4th edition, co-created by a team of 8 speakers, will weave with "fascia" as a thread, between structure and chaos, consciousness and letting go, trance and composition. Maria's intensive will give us a common reference that each of the workshops will translate into original experiences.
Here, you can take a 45-minute launch pad to get you into your day. Choice of different warm-ups, between a gentle awakening (Feldenkrais, massage, singing) or a more dynamic starter, it's up to you to choose between two options each day! Some proposals such as Loïc Deschamps' Danse du souffle or Anne-Sarah Bornkessel's Shaking&More will be a foretaste of these original techniques for a longer exploration of afternoon workshops where they will be developed into 2-hour workshops.
Maria Mora Alcolea from Barcelona does us the immense honor of stretching a thread throughout the festival within a poetic and technical intensive in Axis Syllabus on the theme of fascia, we will meet her every morning in a large group, for a 2-hour session, all the rest of the program is à la carte!
Choice of the afternoon workshop with one constant: Contact Improvisation! which will be offered every day but by a different speaker each day, 3 focuses, 3 visions:
Joe Stoller will see dance as a mutual care,
Giovanna Parpagiola will immerse us in the consciousness of the point of contact
Delphine Dartus will invite us to challenge us in the "YES"
vote alternating with one-off proposals:
Shaking & more by Anne-Sarah Bornkessel,
Dance of the Breath by Loïc Deschamps.
Games Night: Authentic Relating and Circling by SatPrem.
These playful, deep and creative relational games cultivate deep and revitalizing human connections, help build trust and experience vulnerability while feeling safe.
Echoing the experiences lived together throughout the week, the team will concoct a danced and ritualized celebration that also leaves room for everyone's proposals and surprises! We let go, we let ourselves be moved, we laugh and dance, we let our energy and sensitivity express ourselves, in the consciousness of a collective creation in real time. Quite a program!!
And of course, throughout the festival, the music carries us, supports us, challenges us, transcends us... Yannick and guests for your ears and vibrational flows!
